Renouf Mediation

Renouf Mediation

How to Appoint

Arranging a mediation is an administrative challenge. The attached calendar is marked up as "tentative" (dates held for other mediations not yet confirmed or other professional commitments) and "not available" dates.  Any date not so marked may be relied upon as available for a mediation booking . "Tentative" dates may be available but you should not assume that they may be available without first confirming. Thereafter:

  • E-mail me with possible dates or a “window” and I will respond as soon as possible but not later than 24 hours of your request.
  • Please provide details of the value of the dispute, likely length of mediation and number of parties. This assists in assessing the pre-mediaton time needed to prepare and of course will enable us to agree a fee.
  • please provide details of the other parties involved in the dispute or their representatives.

Once the mediation is confirmed I will  send to each of the parties the mediation agreement for signature.

It is often easier to speak. My telephone number is 07543 736683 (or 07543 RENOUF – if you find that more memorable).
